Arter

The Arter Quarter is a business district located at the intersection of Liivalaia and Juhkentali streets in the heart of Tallinn. Arter provides an optimal working environment, excellent public spaces, and an inspiring atmosphere.

The total gross area of the Arter Quarter is 77,220 m², with 44,000 m² of leasable space. The district comprises three buildings and a connecting atrium, along with a parking garage. It includes the 9-story Building C (3,000 m²), the 15-story Office Building B (9,000 m²), and the 28-story Office Building A with 19,000 m² of leasable space. These near-zero energy buildings are designed and constructed to meet the high “Excellent” rating of the international BREEAM standard.

In collaboration with Halored, Luminec designed the facade lighting, implemented the lighting automation controls, and handled partial installation for all three buildings in the Arter Quarter. With a total length of approximately six kilometers across the three buildings, it was one of the largest facade lighting projects in the Baltics and Nordic countries at the time of completion.
